Business: Your Favorite Hair Extensions

1. Appointment Booking


2. Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
  • Deposits are applied toward the total service cost.
  • The remaining balance is due immediately after the service is completed.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, e-transfer, or other agreed methods.

Rescheduling Policy for Deposits:
Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.


3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.
  • Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.

4. Late Policy

  • A grace period of 20 minutes is allowed.
  • Arrivals beyond 20 minutes may incur a $15 late fee.
  • After 30 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled, and a new booking with deposit will be required.

5. Client Preparation Requirements

To ensure the best results, clients must:

  • Arrive with clean, washed, and fully detangled hair
  • Avoid oils, grease, or leave-in conditioners prior to appointment
  • Ensure hair is a minimum length of 4–5 inches

Failure to meet these requirements may result in:

  • Additional fees (e.g., detangling fee starting at $20), or
  • Refusal of service at Diana’s discretion

Note: Clients may be required to provide their own hair extensions unless otherwise agreed in advance.


6. Service Expectations

  • All styles are customized based on your hair type, length, and condition.
  • Results may vary depending on:
    • Natural hair texture
    • Previous chemical treatments
    • Overall hair health

Diana will always aim to achieve your desired look while maintaining the integrity of your natural hair.


7. Refund Policy

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • No refunds are issued once a service has been completed.
  • Adjustments may be offered within 48 hours of service if concerns arise.
  • Refunds are only considered in rare, exceptional circumstances at Diana’s discretion.

8. Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any allergies, scalp conditions, or medical concerns before the appointment.
  • Diana follows strict hygiene practices, including sanitized tools and clean working procedures.
  • For mobile services, clients must provide a safe, clean, and suitable workspace.

9. Mobile Service Disclaimer

As a mobile service provider:

  • Diana is not responsible for environmental limitations (lighting, space, seating, etc.)
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring the workspace is appropriate

10. Limitation of Liability

By booking, clients agree that Your Favorite Hair Extensions is not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions to products or extensions
  • Pre-existing hair or scalp conditions
  • Breakage due to prior damage or improper aftercare
  • Minor accidental damage during in-home service

Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service.


11. Photography & Marketing

Photos or videos of completed hairstyles may be taken for promotional use.

By booking, you consent to their use on:

  • Website
  • Social media platforms

Clients may opt out by providing written notice by email or text before the appointment.


12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes shall be handled within Ontario jurisdiction.
