Appointment Booking

Appointments can be booked through this website’s booking form, Instagram DM, email, or other approved booking methods.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward the total service cost.

The remaining balance is due immediately after the service is completed.

Accepted payment methods include cash, e-transfer, or other approved payment methods.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. To respect both our clients’ time and my schedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.
  • Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if sufficient notice is provided.
  • Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute reschedules may result in refusal of future bookings.

Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.

Late Arrivals

Please notify me as soon as possible if you are running late.

  • A 20-minute grace period is allowed.
  • Arrivals beyond 20 minutes may result in a late fee or shortened service time.
  • Arrivals exceeding 30 minutes may require appointment cancellation and rebooking with a new deposit.

My goal is to provide every client with the full attention and service time they deserve.

Hair Preparation Requirements

To ensure the best results, clients must arrive with:

  • Clean, washed hair
  • Fully detangled hair
  • Hair that is blow-dried or stretched
  • No oils, grease, or heavy product buildup

Hair must be at least 4–5 inches long for most braid styles.

Failure to meet preparation requirements may result in:

  • Additional detangling or prep fees, or
  • Refusal of service if the hair is not suitable for the booked style

Synthetic braiding hair may be included depending on the selected style unless otherwise specified.

Service Expectations

Every hairstyle is customized based on your:

  • Hair texture
  • Hair density and length
  • Overall hair condition

Results and style longevity will vary depending on maintenance, lifestyle, and aftercare.

I will always strive to achieve your desired look while protecting the health and integrity of your natural hair.

Refunds & Adjustments

All deposits are non-refundable.

Due to the time and products used during appointments:

  • No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.
  • If you experience concerns with your style, please contact me within 48 hours so I can assess and provide reasonable adjustments if appropriate.

Refunds or exceptions are considered only in rare circumstances at our discretion.

Health & Safety

Clients must inform me before the appointment of:

  • Allergies
  • Scalp sensitivities
  • Medical conditions that may affect the service

All tools and work areas are properly sanitized between appointments to maintain a clean and safe environment.

For mobile appointments, clients are responsible for providing a clean, safe, and suitable workspace.

Photography & Social Media

Photos or videos of completed hairstyles may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes, including use on:

  • Social media
  • Website galleries
  • Marketing materials

Clients who prefer not to appear in photos or videos may opt out by notifying me before the appointment.

Limitation of Liability

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge that I am not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions to products or extensions
  • Pre-existing hair or scalp conditions
  • Damage resulting from previous chemical treatments or improper aftercare
  • Minor accidental damage during mobile services

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

Agreement to Policies

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Policies & Procedures.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who repeatedly fails to comply with our policies.
